NeoNova's VoIP Partner Program allows your company to quickly enter the VoIP market by offering services with limited risk and capital. Under this program, NeoNova will supply the VoIP infrastructure and equipment, install and commission the platform, and train your company's personnel on basic day-to-day operations, such as customer provisioning, adds, moves, and changes. NeoNova will also work with you to create a common interface or format to supply end user billing data.
NeoNova will perform an on-site network assessment of your IP infrastructure to determine if there are any issues that would inhibit the delivery of a Quality of Service (QOS) guaranteed VoIP service. Should any such conditions exist, corrective engineering design and needed equipment would be specified and recommended. You may elect to offer a non- guaranteed QOS service in order to trial the service or test the market for VoIP. If desired, NeoNova will monitor your VoIP Network, including customer-provided gateways, and provide per-line performance statistics.
All of your company's VoIP interfaces and customer touch points will be branded as your company, which is included in VoIP Partner Program setup fees. NeoNova will supply and be responsible for all management, maintenance, and operations functions for the VOIP platform. Help desk support and integration with third party email platforms for the deployment of unified messaging is available.
